New Construction
Ten years ago, a new home cost about $60K more than an existing home. Not anymore. Today, new construction and existing homes are virtually on equal price footing. That said, here are a few reasons why a new home may be right for you:
• New homes are built with the latest materials and technologies, making them more energy-efficient and sustainable.
• You may be able to customize your new home by choosing the floor plan, finishes, and appliances.
• Most new homes come with a warranty, which means major problems will be covered. Plus, with new systems and appliances, there shouldn't be any costly surprises anytime soon.
• Let’s face it. As much as you might love the idea of a fixer-upper, most people don't have the time or capacity for major renovations or upgrades. A home you can walk into, hang a few pictures on the wall, and call it a day sounds well…pretty nice.
Keep in mind a new home can take half a year or longer to be completed. But if you can weather the wait, a new construction might be ideal for your next home.

I love the building process and offering my expertise as a new construction specialist. In the last 4 years, I have sold out 3 subdivisions and have overseen from home design through completion 50+ new homes. I also have a design background. So, I love getting hands on from house design, assistance with interior and exterior selections. My experience and knowledge on the structure, building and design of homes is above most.
I am also a land expert. When it comes to buying or selling land there is a lot more than meets the eye. In order to achieve a max sales price or to understand what you are buying you need to know exactly what you are dealing with. You have to understand town zoning regulations, wetlands, flood zones, Form A lot parameters, Chapter 61A, Natural Heritage and more. You will also need to know items like elevations, what style or shape house will fit on the lot given requirements, other possible uses like solar, farming, etc. There’s so much to know and I have the knowledge and expertise after going through every scenario listed above and more. Let me help you understand the best use for your land and guide you to max profits.
